Refund & Cancellation Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for all items except trading card games. All items must be unopened and in their original condition to qualify for a return. To initiate a return, please contact us within this period so we can guide you through the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match its description, please email us at info@yumecards.ca. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Requests
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Please note that cancellations are subject to a fee of up to 10% to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
Shipping Insurance
If you purchased shipping insurance, we highly recommend recording the package opening on video. This may be required by the courier in case of a claim.
Please note that a Police report can be requested for any refund or return.
Dynamic Pricing Policy
At Yume, our foreign product prices may fluctuate frequently due to changes in the global market. We continuously adjust our prices to reflect these market conditions.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or price adjustments if a product’s price decreases after your purchase. Likewise, if prices increase, we will honor the price at the time of your order and will not request any additional payment.
Pre-Order Policy
When you place an order for a Pre-Order or Back-Order item with us, all other items in your cart will be shipped together with the Pre-Order item. For example, if a Pre-Order item is scheduled to ship in 1 month, you will need to wait 1 month for all items in your cart.
If you prefer to have non-Pre-Order items shipped immediately, please place them in a separate cart and complete a separate order.
Please note the following regarding Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases:
- Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially canceled.
- Your card or PayPal account will be charged immediately upon purchase.
- You may cancel your order before shipment, but a cancellation fee up to 10% will apply. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charge incurred during the initial transaction.
If a product listing explicitly states that cancellations are not allowed, this policy will apply without exception, as we order supply based on demand as Pre-Orders are received.
