Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Available shipping options and flat shipping rates are displayed during checkout. Rates may vary depending on your location and selected method.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Please note that additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days.
International delivery time varies depending on the country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment online and stay informed of its progress.
Responsibility for Packages in Transit
While we take great care in preparing and dispatching your order, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. At this point, ownership of the package transfers to the customer. For any issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Once your order is shipped, liability for delays, loss, or damage lies with the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier if needed.
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Optional Insurance Coverage
To provide additional peace of mind, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. By selecting insurance coverage, your package is protected against loss in transit, theft prior to delivery, or damage during transit. If an insured package encounters an issue, please contact us directly, and we will assist you in resolving the matter or filing a claim with the insurance provider.
No Insurance, Buyer Assumes Risk
If insurance coverage is not selected, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the risk of loss, theft, or damage in transit. In such cases, we cannot provide reimbursement or replacement for affected packages.
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Customer Obligations
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Yume Cards Inc. is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred due to address changes after an order has been shipped.
Tracking and Carrier Support
To minimize the risk of lost packages, we partner with reputable carriers that provide tracking services. We recommend monitoring tracking updates closely. If you encounter delays or other issues, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Be sure to provide your tracking number for faster resolution.
Customs, Duties, and Inspections
We are not responsible for customs, duties, or other taxes incurred during transportation, nor are we liable if your parcel is opened for inspection by customs or border services. These occurrences are outside of our control and do not qualify an order for compensation or recourse.

Refund policy
Due to the unique nature of the TCG industry, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged item or one that does not match its description, please contact us via email at info@yumecards.ca, and we will address the issue promptly.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests can be made before shipment but may incur a 3% cancellation fee. This fee accounts for the non-refundable payment processing charge incurred during the initial transaction.
Pre-Order Policy
When you place an order for a Pre-Order or Back-Order item with us, all other items in your cart will be shipped together with the Pre-Order item. For example, if a Pre-Order item is scheduled to ship in 1 month, you will need to wait 1 month for all items in your cart.
If you prefer to have non-Pre-Order items shipped immediately, please place them in a separate cart and complete a separate order.
Please note the following regarding Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases:
- Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially canceled.
- Your card or PayPal account will be charged immediately upon purchase.
- You may cancel your order before shipment, but a 3% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charge incurred during the initial transaction.
